This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in assisting with the preparation of management reports and budgets. Contract Details:
- Initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension.
- Based in Brisbane CBD - opportunity to WFH after the first 3 months.
- Attractive hourly rate.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and budgets.
- Provide support in budget analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and legislation.
- Liaise with other departments or external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support the team through process improvements.
- Assist the team with adhoc analysis and stakeholder queries.
- Work as part of a team to ensure invoices received through the group mailbox are monitored, progressed, and managed to meet payment deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay focused on high-volume repetitive tasks.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using S4/HANA highly desirable.
- Experience overseeing corporate budgets.
