Reimagine What’s Possible ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate must have experience in testing and commissioning of GIS up to 380kV.
  • Overseeing sub-EPC plan, switching plan for Pre-Commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure integration of systems for commissioning activity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and training in safety work permits, preparing JSA, risk assessment, method statement, and lock-out tag-out procedure.
  • Knowledge of electronic Project Completion Systems & Subsystems, Pre-Commissioning ITRs, construction system handover walk-down inspection, etc.
  • Witnessing Sub Contractor and vendor testing & Pre-Commissioning activities.
  • Knowledgeable, with a proven track record in CVT/UPS commissioning and testing.
  • Knowledgeable, with a proven track record in electrical systems earth testing, loop checking, and LV/MV/HV motor solo runs.
  • Knowledgeable, with a proven track record in relay testing, relay final setting verification, transformer mechanical trip test, transformer energization, switchgear energization, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical testing and commissioning field.
  • Should have a Diploma with relevant experience or a Degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate field experience in Commissioning.
  • Field experience on electrical equipment testing and commissioning of GIS, HV & LV switchgear, and protection relay testing, power transformer testing, etc.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience using testing tools and equipment like secondary injection kit, earth tester, HV insulation tester, etc.
  • Field experience and knowledge of 380kV Overhead Transmission line pre-commissioning and energization.
  • Knowledge of EPMS systems and programming.
  • Knowledge of SCADA and SAS systems.
