Job Purpose / Objective : Manage the promotion of Rawafed brand and services to the consumer and medical audiences and responsible for the day to day running of the Marketing Department and its functions. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

Develop and monitor the implementation of the marketing strategy, plans, policies and processes in alignment with business strategy.
Develop an annual marketing plan with all detail for the year’s activity to meet agreed Marketing objectives.
Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the website, social media, print communication, and advertising.
Manage special projects such as PR events, launches, marketing campaigns etc.
Liaise with all department managers in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas e.g. Booklet, newsletter, brochure etc.
Maintain high level of knowledge of Rawafed services.
Work closely with executives to ensure clear marketing message to audience and marketing support and research and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates and perform analysis of the effectiveness marketing efforts.
Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Evaluate marketing opportunities based on discussion and competitor analysis.
Lead the team by ensuring an appropriate workflow management between the team through appropriate delegation of work.
Provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal to employees in order to maximize employees and overall department performance in the pursuit of the set objectives.
Prepare and issue on-going reports on all activities to Marketing Director.
Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification:

Educational : Bachelor’s Degree
Professional : Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Experience:

Five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare related field

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training:

Certification : Marketing or relevant certifications
Licensing : N/A

Skills:

Strategic marketing process management
Data gathering & assessment
Data management & record keeping
