Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store sales and services performance, driving store sales and profit growth, and ensuring a well-trained customer-responsive team. Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sales Manager (Retail experience Point of Sale)
  • Ability to understand and respond to basic customer and employee inquiries and communicate responses that are understandable by customers and employees.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure that all Sales employees demonstrate superior Customer Service on the sales floor.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved daily with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
  • Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure competitor pricing is checked and monitored through weekly price audits.
  • Ensure hourly sales & services programs are in place.
  • Communicate Policies, procedures, and corporate programs to employees.
  • Ensure Section Heads are providing Product Knowledge and Selling Skills training to the sales team to ensure better service.
  • Ensure all company training programs are implemented through the store.
  • Understand and explain the financial programs and sales programs to all relevant employees.
  • Advise Store Manager of potential security risks and major shrink issues.
  • Ensure all Sections are set up according to the Operational Guidelines.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance of all operational programs across all sections.
  • Access, input, retrieve, and interpret information using the applicable store computer system.
