Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store sales and services performance, driving store sales and profit growth, and ensuring a well-trained customer-responsive team. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sales Manager (Retail experience Point of Sale)
Ability to understand and respond to basic customer and employee inquiries and communicate responses that are understandable by customers and employees.

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure that all Sales employees demonstrate superior Customer Service on the sales floor.
Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved daily with a high sense of urgency.
Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure competitor pricing is checked and monitored through weekly price audits.
Ensure hourly sales & services programs are in place.
Communicate Policies, procedures, and corporate programs to employees.
Ensure Section Heads are providing Product Knowledge and Selling Skills training to the sales team to ensure better service.
Ensure all company training programs are implemented through the store.
Understand and explain the financial programs and sales programs to all relevant employees.
Advise Store Manager of potential security risks and major shrink issues.
Ensure all Sections are set up according to the Operational Guidelines.
Ensure understanding and compliance of all operational programs across all sections.
Access, input, retrieve, and interpret information using the applicable store computer system.
