We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer to take charge of UX/UI, elevate the design culture, and help shape the future of learning for high school students in Australia and the US. If you’re a seasoned Senior Product Designer ready to step up, or an established Lead Product Designer, this is your chance to combine hands-on design with leadership and strategy, all while working on cutting-edge AI-driven products that make a real impact. What You’ll Do

• Own the design process from research to high-fidelity UI and developer handover.
• Create intuitive, engaging experiences with a strong focus on UI, UX, and interaction design.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with gamification or interactive learning experiences!
• Lead and mentor a growing team of designers and contractors.
• Be the primary hands-on designer for key projects while ensuring quality across the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Bring teams on the journey: pitch ideas, advocate for user needs, and champion design thinking.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and researchers to drive the best outcomes.
• Help shape the design culture in a fast-growing company.

• Design for AI-driven experiences that replicate one-on-one education moments.
• Understand how AI can enhance learning and create engaging, effective educational tools.
• Stay curious, experiment, and push boundaries in ed-tech design.

• UI/UX expertise– You’re comfortable across research, wireframing, prototyping, and high fidelity final UI.
• Figma pro– You know your way around design systems and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Leadership mindset– Whether mentoring juniors or leading projects, you bring people along.
• Strategic thinker, hands-on doer– You can zoom out to see the big picture but still love getting into the details.
• Experience with gamification or interactive design (a plus!).
• Strong communicator– You can articulate design decisions clearly and get buy-in.
• Passion for education & tech– You care about making a difference through smart design.
