Responsibilities

  • Supervise and maintain mechanical and HVAC systems within the data center.
  • Perform tasks like dismantling, assembling, changing bearings, lubricating, replacing parts, and testing.
  • Coordinate the startup, shutdown, isolation, and Lockout-Tag-out (LOTO) of mechanical equipment.
  • Manage the monitoring of performance and alarms.
  • Utilize BMS to monitor and manage mechanical equipment control panels.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations and maintenance to achieve timely and accurate completion of work.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in operating and maintaining mechanical systems in data centers.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in system commissioning, performance monitoring, and alarm management.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and/or varying shifts to ensure adequate operational coverage.
