We are seeking an experienced and strategic EPMO Sr. Manager to lead the development, standardization, and implementation of enterprise-wide processes and policies. This role requires expertise in process engineering, EPMO methodologies, and organizational alignment to establish a unified framework that drives efficiency and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate will focus on creating scalable and compliant processes that support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Process Development and Standardization: Design, document, and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide processes, policies, and procedures across all business units. Ensure alignment of processes with global best practices (e.g., PMI, ITIL, Lean, Agile) and organizational goals. Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability.
  2. EPMO Process and Policy Optimization: Develop robust EPMO frameworks, including project and portfolio management methodologies, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate EPMO processes with other organizational functions. Drive the adoption of EPMO policies and tools to enhance portfolio performance and compliance.
  3. Organizational Integration and Alignment: Align enterprise processes with strategic objectives and other key initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure cohesive process implementation across functions. Develop and implement cross-functional workflows to improve collaboration and efficiency.
  4. Tools, Automation, and Digital Transformation: Evaluate and implement enterprise tools and platforms to support process automation, project management, and reporting. Lead digital transformation initiatives to integrate advanced analytics and automation into enterprise processes. Customize and optimize tools to support operational needs.
  5. Training, Awareness, and Change Management: Conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize teams with new processes, policies, and tools. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new enterprise processes. Act as a key point of contact for process-related inquiries and support across the organization.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs and OKRs to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes. Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track process performance and alignment with organizational goals. Provide actionable insights to improve process efficiency and strategic outcomes.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all enterprise processes adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Identify potential risks in process implementation and design mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in EPMO operations, enterprise process development, and portfolio management. Proficiency in enterprise tools like Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and PMO platforms. Enterprise Process Design and Standardization. Strategic Alignment and Integration.
