Job Description To lead the execution of flawless and high quality on-ground activations, delivering Regional Trade MKTG plans based on Program TM team guidelines. The role requires on-ground supervision of agencies and vendors as well as managing client site managers.

1. Activation Execution Planning:

Managing internal requests and coordination for client activations.
Managing coordination with agencies, vendors and providers.
Managing Event Management System.

2. Activation Execution Delivery:

Managing assembly and disassembly of all activation assets.
Managing promoters and other representatives of activations.
Managing accessibility, storage, transportation of all activation assets.
Managing any governmental licensing requirements.

3. Activation Reporting:

Responsible for releasing Activation close-out reports in high quality and timely manner.

4. Budget & Investment:

Monthly Functional Budget Reporting.

Skills:

Strong communication (verbal and written).
Hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and make things happen.
Project management skills.
Business Acumen.
Creativity.
Customer Focus.
Presentation skills.
Conversant in the digital environment and able to bring in relevant technical knowledge when needed.

Education:
