Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and cultural fit assessments to attract top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish job specifications.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to maximize visibility and attract diverse candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutions for talent acquisition.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analysis to management.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and labor market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and encourage participation from others.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in a consulting environment or with a focus on various industry sectors is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and filling positions in a timely manner.
Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate competencies.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
