Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and cultural fit assessments to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish job specifications.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to maximize visibility and attract diverse candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutions for talent acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analysis to management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and labor market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and encourage participation from others.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in a consulting environment or with a focus on various industry sectors is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and filling positions in a timely manner.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate competencies.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
