Hiring for a prestigious client into a wide range of innovative products and solutions through three operating segments: Industrial Process, Motion Technologies, and Connect and Control Technologies Co. in DAMMAM - (Automotive, chemical, defense, space, Rail, Industrial, Energy Innovative Products and Solutions).

Project Manager

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Factory focal point of contact for Sales, Product Management and for coordination of technical queries, selling prices and delivery times of products ordered through Saudi operations.
  2. Lead interaction with BU's for proper technical and commercial intercompany quotes during quotation stage.
  3. Prepare and maintain costing sheets as well as coordinating for senior management approval on special requirements.
  4. Responsible for system enrollment & analysis of costing level for PSF inquiry until approval fulfillment.
  5. Commercial support for quotation stage up to Customer PO including Terms and Conditions review and negotiations.
  6. Contract/PO initial review & reconciliation before order entry.
  7. Support project management team post-award in margin analysis, sales/intercompany reconciliations and change order generation.
  8. Support localization programs & internal projects as assigned by management.
  9. Support registration process in strategic customer systems including coordination for any audit required.
  10. Additional project management responsibilities as assigned by management.
