Role Highlights : Position Title: Brand Manager GCC Reports To: Managing Director or General Manager GCC Location: Flexible within the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, etc.) Job Summary: The CF Moto Brand Manager for the GCC region is responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand management, marketing, and business development to enhance CF Moto's presence and success within the competitive automotive market in the GCC. Role and Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy for CF Moto across the GCC region to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty. Define clear brand positioning and messaging that resonates with local consumer preferences while maintaining CF Moto's global brand integrity. Lead the development of both short- and long-term brand objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the GCC automotive sector.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth Collaborate with the sales team to align the brand strategy with sales objectives, driving vehicle sales, parts, and service revenue across the region. Support the development of targeted sales promotions and offers that appeal to CF Moto's customer base in the GCC. Analyze market performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Product Launch and Positioning Oversee the launch of new CF Moto products in the GCC, ensuring effective product positioning and messaging tailored to the regional market. Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure that CF Moto products meet local market demands and regulatory standards. Ensure that dealerships and sales teams are adequately trained to communicate the features and benefits of CF Moto products effectively.
  4. Customer Experience and Relationship Management Ensure all customer touchpoints (showrooms, service centers, online platforms) reflect CF Moto's values, providing an exceptional customer experience. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to continuously refine the brand's offerings and service standards in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and regional partners.
  5. Partnerships and Collaboration Cultivate strong relationships with CF Moto's business partners, distributors, and dealers across the GCC to ensure consistent brand execution and support. Collaborate with local dealerships and suppliers to optimize product availability, pricing, and promotions, ensuring CF Moto's presence in all GCC markets. Partner with relevant regulatory bodies and organizations to advocate for CF Moto and stay ahead of industry developments and policies.
  6. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis Continuously monitor the automotive landscape in the GCC to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential threats to the CF Moto brand. Analyze customer behavior and market dynamics to adapt marketing strategies and adjust product offerings to meet regional needs. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding CF Moto's performance and market conditions in the GCC.
  7. Budget and Resource Management Manage the marketing budget for CF Moto's operations in the GCC, ensuring activities are executed within budget and generating a positive return on investment (ROI). Allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of marketing efforts and campaigns across the region.
  8. Brand Standards and Guidelines Ensure consistent application of CF Moto's brand guidelines across all marketing materials, dealerships, and customer touchpoints. Maintain high standards of brand representation in both online and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency in all customer interactions.
  9. Collaboration with Marketing Team Work closely with the marketing team to allocate resources effectively, ensuring marketing campaigns are executed within budget and drive CF Moto's growth across the GCC. Collaborate on prioritizing marketing activities that will yield the best ROI and contribute to overall brand success in the region.
