We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our professional team in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage, support, and optimize a hybrid IT infrastructure, combining Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , on-premises VMware environments , and Microsoft 365 services. Additionally, the candidate must possess expertise in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory , Windows Servers , Email Exchange administration , Windows SharePoint , domain management , and Windows patching . The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical excellence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  1. Infrastructure Management: Maintain and manage the hybrid IT environment, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , VMware on-premises infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services.
  2. System Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot server systems, applications, and network components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  3. Active Directory & Domain Management: Administer and manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, and domain-level configurations.
  4. Windows Server Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers in a domain environment.
  5. Windows Patching: Manage and execute patching activities for Windows Servers and workstations, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
  6. Email Exchange Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management, email flow configurations, and troubleshooting.
  7. Windows SharePoint Administration: Support and manage Windows SharePoint services, including site creation, permissions management, and integrations.
  8. Cloud Operations: Support and optimize cloud-based solutions and ensure seamless integration with on-premises systems.
  9. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain system security measures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Monitor and manage security incidents.
  10. Backup and Recovery: Design and maintain backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity and availability.
  11. Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime or service disruptions.
  12. Incident Management: Address and resolve incidents in line with established SLAs. Escalate issues when necessary.
  13. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems, configurations, processes, and workflows.
  14. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and other technical teams to ensure a seamless and efficient IT environment.
  15. Communication: Demonstrate exceptional professional English communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in written and verbal exchanges with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (8+ years) in system administration within hybrid environments.
  3. Hands-on experience with:
    1. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud infrastructure management and operations.
    2. VMware virtualization, configuration, and management of on-premises systems.
    3. Microsoft 365 administration of collaboration tools, email, and user management.
    4. Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and domain management.
    5. Windows Servers installation, configuration, and maintenance in a domain environment.
    6. Windows Patching implementation and management of patching processes.
    7. Email Exchange Administration mailbox configuration, email flow management, and troubleshooting.
    8. Windows SharePoint Administration site creation, permissions management, and integration.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with networking concepts , including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
  2. Knowledge of automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell.
  3. Experience with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Nagios).
  4. Understanding of ITIL practices for incident and service management.
  5. Certifications such as Google Cloud Associate Engineer , VMware Certified Professional (VCP) , or Microsoft 365 Certified are highly desirable.
