CCDS is a premier provider of cybersecurity services and solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a dedicated Saudi Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR functions with a focus on our Saudi workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  1. Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  4. Conduct employee relations activities, addressing and resolving employee inquiries and issues.
  5. Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
  6. Support training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning and staff development.
  7. Assist in performance management processes and provide support to managers and employees.
  8. Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in relevant labor laws to advise management appropriately.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR professional in the IT sector, specifically focusing on Saudi labor laws and practices.
  3. Fluent in Arabic with strong proficiency in English.
  4. Thorough understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices.
  5. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees.
  9. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to local customs and practices.
