  1. Closely communicate with UI/UX consultants and solution designers to help identify and transform requirements into technical solutions.
  2. Independently manage customer expectations & deliverables.
  3. Analyze, design, and develop reports/dashboards based on the requirements.
  4. Actively participate in Agile planning development process.
  5. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  6. Participate in Client Workshops.
  7. Participate in Requirements Capture & Analysis.
  8. Contribute to Functional Specifications / Technical Specifications & Business Process Definitions.
  9. Author Test Plans.
  10. Test Automation.
  11. System Installation/Configuration/Upgrade.
  12. System Tuning & Transport Management.
  13. Security & Authorization.
  14. Incident Management & Data Migration.
  15. Stay updated of Industry standards & Domain updates.
SAP Skills
  1. 6-8 Years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
  2. At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  3. Understands SAP Activate Methodology.
  4. Extensive experience in SAPUI5 application development.
  5. Expertise in SAPUI5 controls and Fiori Design patterns.
  6. Exposure in SAP Fiori Launch pad configuration and app integration.
  7. Design and Architect for Fiori Apps.
  8. Develop, configure, customize, and integrate Fiori applications using JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, and CSS.
  9. Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
  10. Understands integration between modules.
  11. Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
  12. Ability to use Service Marketplace for ticket creation and research.
  13. Help clients test performance and security and make changes.
  14. Exposure to SAP ECC/ERP/Business Suite.
Business Skills
  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  3. Understand business processes for focus area or module.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. Understand business functionality related to SAP module/application.
  6. Understand and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.

  1. Aptitude for working in a team environment.
  2. Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and strong time management.
  3. Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
  4. Mentor associate consultants.

  1. Lead project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
  2. Evaluate and design application and/or technical architectures.
  3. Complete assignments within budget and meet project deadlines.

  5. Prepare status reports regularly.
