We are looking for a Enablon System Manager to work on NEOM’s The LINE project. Location: NEOM The LINE Project Site, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time About NEOM The LINE: NEOM is a visionary project in Saudi Arabia aimed at creating a sustainable and technologically advanced urban area. The LINE is a key component of NEOM, designed to be a linear city that redefines urban living with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and quality of life. Job Summary: The Enablon System Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Enablon system for the NEOM The LINE project. This role involves ensuring the effective use of the Enablon platform for environmental, health, safety, and sustainability management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Enablon system, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Enablon system.
  2. Ensure the Enablon system is effectively utilized for HSE and sustainability reporting and management.
  3. Train and support project staff on the use of the Enablon system.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  6. Collaborate with IT and HSE teams to integrate the Enablon system with other project management tools.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Enablon system.
  8. Generate and analyze reports from the Enablon system to support decision-making and compliance.
  9. Stay updated on Enablon system updates and best practices to continuously improve system usage.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing the Enablon system or similar EHS management software.
  3. Strong technical skills and experience with system configuration and maintenance.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Certification in HSE management or Enablon system administration is preferred.
