Responsibilities
- Preparing the offboarding and HR Operations procedures.
- Preparing notices of resignation and termination of contracts.
- Interviewing employees to find out the reasons for resignation.
- Resolving employee issues related to vacations.
- Preparing the settlement of leave approvals and liquidation of leave.
- Planning and verifying employee entitlements to travel tickets for business trips and coordinating with agencies to secure the best prices for the company and employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations within the government sector.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in management and leadership.
