Job Summary We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, driving sales, and maintaining high-quality standards in both service and product offerings. Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost control.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention.
  5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
  7. Innovate and introduce new coffee trends, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
  8. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the coffee industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience in staff training, scheduling, and team development.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
