Studio Manager Position - Luxury Fitness Studio About the Role : We're seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee a premium female fitness facility's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, experienced in management, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Operations Management: Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and smooth delivery of fitness services.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise front desk staff and coordinate with personal trainers to maintain high service standards.
  3. Client Relations: Manage member communications, handle inquiries, and ensure swift resolution of concerns.
  4. Training Program Management: Coordinate private training appointments and maintain client schedules.
  5. Policy Development: Create and implement operational procedures to enhance studio efficiency.
  6. Customer Satisfaction: Drive member retention through excellent service and engagement initiatives.
  7. Administrative Oversight: Assist in budget management and operational administration.
Requirements :
  1. 3-5 years experience in fitness facility or studio management.
  2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  3. Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
  4. Proven problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  5. Experience with studio management software (preferred).
  6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
