Studio Manager Position - Luxury Fitness Studio About the Role : We're seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee a premium female fitness facility's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, experienced in management, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities :
- Operations Management: Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and smooth delivery of fitness services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise front desk staff and coordinate with personal trainers to maintain high service standards.
- Client Relations: Manage member communications, handle inquiries, and ensure swift resolution of concerns.
- Training Program Management: Coordinate private training appointments and maintain client schedules.
- Policy Development: Create and implement operational procedures to enhance studio efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive member retention through excellent service and engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Oversight: Assist in budget management and operational administration.
- 3-5 years experience in fitness facility or studio management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Experience with studio management software (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
