Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY:

  1. Statutory Reporting: Lead the preparation of timely and accurate quarterly and annual statutory financial statements for local entities in line with IFRS.
  2. Statutory Audits: Coordinate with external auditors and internal accounting teams to help conduct efficient annual audits for all legal entities.
  3. Financial Reporting and Performance Review: Support regular periodic analytical reviews, as well as in setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  4. Tax Compliance: Support the direct and indirect tax compliance, taking the lead on all financial reporting requirements. Support annual tax return filing.
  5. Performing other duties or participating in special projects as assigned by management.
Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Required:
  1. Professional Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or CPA)
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a big 4 accounting firm in the audit function.
  3. Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  4. Prior experience in a multinational organization would be an advantage.
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
