About The Client: Established in 2013, our client is a leading compounding production facility in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader Middle East, specializing in materials used for plastic applications like film, molding, and extrusion. The company produces high-quality compounding materials that enhance performance and reduce production costs for key polymers. With a strong export orientation and a focus on cost-effective solutions, it aims to meet growing market demands, maximize profitability, and offer competitive advantages to its clients. About The Role: The role involves setting and executing marketing and sales strategies, forecasting sales, preparing budgets, and analyzing market trends. It requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing sales quotas, identifying market opportunities, improving product marketability, and maintaining relationships with key accounts while monitoring financial performance and safeguarding company information. About You: Ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or similar discipline; preferably Masters in relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and financial management skills to meet sales and marketing objectives, with deep market and product knowledge.
  • Expertise in sales strategy execution, pricing strategies, and analyzing market trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Excellent client engagement, account development, and relationship management, with a focus on communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, think critically, and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates must be residing in Saudi Arabia.
