Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for building materials, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply of materials.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on criteria such as price, quality, and delivery time.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and terms.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
