Responsibilities
- Responsible for individual development plans based on performance evaluation.
- Manage and handle the required appraisal as one of the inputs to training plans.
- Conduct needs analysis and review training requests to prioritize development to maximize the impact for development.
- Present in a Training Curriculum subsection (technical, soft skills or leadership) and identify and develop curriculum extensions.
- Practice program and project management.
- Manage relationships with specialty consultants and direct vendors in the design, development, and presentation of training programs and materials.
- Conduct and facilitate training programs and manage online web-enabled training programs.
- Review and research market trends, new legislation and practices, conduct assessments and utilize other available information to make recommendations and incorporate findings into training materials.
- Network and partner with client group, other HR professionals, and trainers to stay abreast of training trends and issues and incorporate best practices into training and development.
- Consult with Legal counsel in the development of training programs to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
