We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to oversee architectural aspects of construction projects directly on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that designs are implemented accurately, work aligns with project specifications, and that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. This role requires a hands-on professional with excellent coordination, technical expertise, and leadership abilities to manage on-site project execution. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise the on-site execution of architectural works, ensuring adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
Interpret architectural plans, resolve design discrepancies, and provide solutions to address on-site challenges.
Coordinate adjustments to designs if required, in consultation with design teams and stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the project.
Attend site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure all architectural works comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Liaise with authorities and consultants for necessary approvals.
Review and approve materials and finishes to ensure they meet the project's quality and aesthetic requirements.
Provide real-time solutions for construction challenges, minimizing delays or cost overruns.
Mentor and guide junior architects, site inspectors, and contractors.
Foster teamwork and collaboration among site teams.
Maintain accurate records of site progress, changes, and key decisions.
Prepare and submit regular site reports for stakeholders.
Promote strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and functionality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
+7 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a construction or site-based environment.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects through all phases.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Familiarity with site-specific tools, equipment, and safety practices

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for on-site coordination.
Problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines.
