  1. Carry out all tasks related to employees.
  2. Developing HR strategies, policies and practices.
  3. Oversee recruitment efforts.
  4. Identify & practice staff appraisal.

  6. Identify training needs for staff & individuals.
  7. Follow up all issues related to payroll.
