Main Purpose of the Job : To provide prompt and effective first-line technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues and inquiries. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role is essential in maintaining a smooth IT environment and maximizing end-user productivity. Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as IT helpdesk Specialist.
  • Manage and Monitor Helpdesk System.
  • Monitor Helpdesk ticket and assigned it to concern person.
  • Manage IT Assets and Validate with Assets Management System.
  • Following up with Vendor.
  • Manage Sim Card, Internet Service Provider Invoices and Services - STC, Mobily etc.
  • Responding to User enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Voice and Data Sim Cards.
  • Document and maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
  • Maintain records of newly purchased software, License.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Qualifications & Main Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT Helpdesk Support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Arabic and English.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ added Advantage
