Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to foster business-to-stakeholder relationships.
  • Serve as the custodian for all internal and external communication activities, including media communication, public relations, digital marketing, crisis management, thought leadership, stakeholder mapping, new market entry strategies, content creation, production of materials, events management, data analysis, team, and agency management.
  • Formulate and execute internal and external communication plans, programs, and activities while ensuring alignment with the company's overarching strategic objectives.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • 15+ years of experience in the communications field, with expertise in strategic internal and external communications, digital marketing, event management, reputation management, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Preferred industry experience: Energy, digital infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Proven expertise in crafting compelling content for diverse platforms and developing innovative campaigns aligned with brand identity.
  • Skilled in aligning communication strategies with business goals, leveraging data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital platforms, SEO, social media algorithms, and content creation tools, including website management.
  • Strong ability to strategize and execute crisis communication plans, manage high-profile media interactions, and secure favorable coverage.
