We have an open position for Senior BDM and GM BDM role with a Global 360 Corporate Advisory Provider in Doha, Qatar. Find the required details as below:

For Sr BDM

  1. Drive business growth by identifying and targeting high-value clients and projects.
  2. Lead and mentor junior BD team members, providing guidance on strategies and best practices.
  3. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and market reach.
  4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  5. Contribute to the development of business plans, revenue forecasts, and sales strategies.

General Manager - Business Development (GM BDM)

  1. Lead the overall business development function, defining long-term strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the performance of the BD team, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
  3. Cultivate relationships with senior executives, government entities, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
  4. Identify emerging markets and expansion opportunities, formulating strategies to penetrate them effectively.
  5. Provide thought leadership and represent the company as a trusted partner in the consulting space.

Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of experience in business development, including leadership roles, with strong exposure to the GCC market.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and key industries, including [specify industries, e.g., oil & gas, construction, or workforce solutions].
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market research platforms.
  6. Leadership skills for senior and GM roles, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
