We have an open position for Senior BDM and GM BDM role with a Global 360 Corporate Advisory Provider in Doha, Qatar. Find the required details as below:
For Sr BDM
- Drive business growth by identifying and targeting high-value clients and projects.
- Lead and mentor junior BD team members, providing guidance on strategies and best practices.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, revenue forecasts, and sales strategies.
General Manager - Business Development (GM BDM)
- Lead the overall business development function, defining long-term strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee the performance of the BD team, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Cultivate relationships with senior executives, government entities, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and expansion opportunities, formulating strategies to penetrate them effectively.
- Provide thought leadership and represent the company as a trusted partner in the consulting space.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development, including leadership roles, with strong exposure to the GCC market.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and key industries, including [specify industries, e.g., oil & gas, construction, or workforce solutions].
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market research platforms.
- Leadership skills for senior and GM roles, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
