Position Title: Procurement Officer – F&B Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Levantine restaurant in Dubai, highly recognized by the Michelin Guide offering high-quality food at good value. Job Description:
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and regularly track and review stock movement to maintain cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
- Manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses to ensure spending remains within limits.
- Should have a degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years relevant experience within the F&B industry.
- Must be proficient with office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement or inventory management software.
