Conversion Copywriter - Khaleeji & Levant Dialect

We are a META Business Partner and TikTok Partner agency. The founder, Hicham Zaraket, is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018. We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the World (France, Canada, Germany, KSA, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Morocco). ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a natural storyteller? Can you quickly capture people's attention and turn it into intent and purchases? The copywriter role is crucial in our agency's growth as we are ready to share our story with the Arab world and provide tremendous value through our social media channels. Responsibilities include writing highly converting ads for us and our clients, managing our email marketing, writing and planning our landing pages, and writing captions for our social media. This is not a traditional copywriting role where you focus on branding and social media - you need to IMPACT ACTUAL BUSINESS RESULTS. This role is fully remote and full-time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically. YOUR MISSION- Combine the science of conversion copywriting with the art of good writing principles and crafting of a consistent brand voice.
- Produce high converting copy in Arabic across the customer journey (website, landing pages, digital ads, emails) to drive business goals.
- Follow and champion a data-first approach to crafting copy, with voice-of-customer data and data-driven insights.
- Report on CRO and content-related KPIs, using qualitative and quantitative research to inform your content decisions, and adjusting plans according to the performance of efforts.
- Work with designers on landing pages, ads, and emails in a way that converts.
- Define and document conversion best practices.
- Extensive experience in conversion copywriting and content experience acumen (in an agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and maintain content standards across an organization.
- Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically.
- Master the Khaleeji and Levant dialect.
- Work experience with a digital agency preferred.
- Project management tools user (Clickup preferred but not necessary).
- Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction.
- Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companies.
- Direct access to Facebook and TikTok and others as Marketing Partners.
- Working with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationship with us.
