What You’ll Do?
The Resource Planning Coordinator will support the Workforce Management (WFM) team in optimizing resource utilization, improving productivity, and ensuring the achievement of service level agreement (SLA) targets. This role plays a key part in scheduling, staffing performance tracking, and resource planning activities to support efficient operations.- Assist in resource planning tasks to ensure effective workforce optimization.
- Maintain constant communication with operations teams regarding headcount updates, schedule changes, and staff allocations.
- Prepare and communicate weekly schedules with operations teams.
- Track adherence to staffing plans and analyze their impact on performance.
- Understand key business KPIs and staffing performance metrics such as utilization, productivity, occupancy, and FTEs.
- Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure accurate and consistent reports and dashboards.
- Use Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data effectively.
- Provide ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.
- Understand scheduling constraints related to location and brand requirements.
- Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data tracking and performance monitoring.
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in Workforce Management (WFM) such as scheduling, shift allocation, or resource planning is required.
- Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and manage data.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data modeling and visualization is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with rotational weekly days off.
