Job Title & Purpose Fleet / Asset Maintenance Planner of the Riyadh Transit System Purpose of the job: As part of L3, L4, L5, and L6 Maintenance, the FAMP will be in charge of organizing and managing daily work. Follow up with Operator (OCC) and TSM Sub-System Leaders and agree with the Fleet & Asset Maintenance Manager to manage all tasks to ensure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved and exceeded for the Transit system composed of 50 driverless Smart Metro Train sets running over one line 4&6 and one depot, reporting directly to the Fleet & Asset Maintenance Manager. - He is the link between OCC & Maintenance Team. - Monitor and ensure FAMP is in compliance with local and state rules and regulations. - Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.

Mission & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  1. Partners and local authorities’ interfaces management, in FLOW consortium/concession;
  2. Provide all necessary support to all TSM subsystems in the proper planning and coordination of activities;
  3. Participate in Sub-System internal and contractual training to achieve the highest performance;
  4. Maintain familiarity with scheduled trains, times of arrivals from and departures to commercial service;
  5. Communicate with maintenance personnel on any environmental conditions affecting train movement;
  6. Keep updating with the timetable and coordinate movement of trains according to operating plan and customer needs to avoid unnecessary delays;
  7. Daily interface with Sub-System to respond to availability and maintenance needs;
  8. Ensure KPI’s of Subsystem are met and prioritize the maintenance of assets affecting the KPI’s in terms of their failure rectification, etc.;
  9. Ensure all the subsystems achieve targeted compliance with the permit to work for all subsystem failure response & repair activities;
  10. Daily interface with Sub-System (RST, DEQ, SLV, G3R, POS, and PSD) during any Sub-System interface issues or any joint investigations;
  11. Daily updating of the maintenance scheduling such as Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to avoid overdue of assets maintenance;
  12. Implement the Project Quality Documentation for all maintenance activities;
  13. FAMP will check the fitness of the driver;
  14. FAMP will dispatch the driver to their assigned schedule;
  15. EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors. Use and promote Close Call Reporting.
