Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Support:
    1. Understand and support the software platform.
    2. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for users.
  2. Content Support:
    1. Update and maintain Arabic content on the platform.
    2. Ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  3. Stakeholder Training:
    1. Train various stakeholders on the software platform.
    2. Develop training materials and documentation.
  4. Customer Helpdesk:
    1. Raise issues and support requests in the Customer Helpdesk Tool.
    2. Track and manage support tickets to resolution.
  5. Equipment Maintenance:
    1. Take care of provided equipment.
    2. Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
  6. Activity Planning:
    1. Determine resources and set time estimates for activities.
    2. Ensure timely delivery of projects and activities.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve project outcomes.
    2. Foster organized and efficient teamwork.
  8. Time Management:
    1. Adhere to deadlines as per the Project Plan.
    2. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project goals.
  9. Customer Satisfaction:
    1. Minimize uncertainty and avoid surprises for clients.
    2. Keep stakeholders updated and informed.
  10. Communication:
    1. Maintain clear and open communication with all parties involved.
    2. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  11. Documentation:
    1. Document activities and outcomes as required by stakeholders.
    2. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience in software support or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools and technical support.
