Company: Mercer Organization and Workforce Transformation Mercer Middle East - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Dubai, United Arab Emirates Join Mercer’s growing and high-performing Team of OD and Workforce Transformation Consultants in the Middle East! We are currently looking for Organization & Workforce Transformation Associates and Principals who are passionate about working on Organizational Transformation projects for our local, regional and international clients with focus on operations in the Middle East. We will count on you to:

Manage work streams and modules within transformation projects which typically consists of culture and change management, organization design, workforce planning, HR transformation, employees assessments and selection, and the design and enhancement of valuable work.
Deliver/lead work against high quality standards, tight deadlines and client expectations.
Drive/contribute to BD activities by offering new angles and ways of enhancing Mercer’s footprint in the region.
Lead/Participate in proposals and sales activities to generate new business.
Enjoy working your way around ambiguity and changing demands among a group of passionate, dedicated and fun colleagues.

We are interested if you:

Have 7+ years of Organization Development, Workforce Planning, HR Transformation and Change Management experience, ideally gained within HR Consulting and/or other related areas of consulting.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline from a reputable university.
Preferably completed or are completing a Master’s degree or an MBA from a reputable university.
Continue your professional education through CIPD, SHRM, BPS or other relevant professional bodies.

Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and are empathetic to the viewpoints of others.
Are fluent in English and Arabic (preferable).
