About Company Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi company specializing in power generation and electrical infrastructure , based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . As the Logistics and Inventory Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory distribution, and logistics coordination to ensure the efficient flow of materials and equipment. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s power generation projects by ensuring timely procurement, storage, and delivery of critical electrical components . Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage logistics and inventory operations, ensuring seamless stock distribution across multiple project sites.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP for inventory tracking, stock optimization, and warehouse management, ensuring real-time visibility and control over materials.
  • Oversee warehouse teams and distribution processes, ensuring that all inventory is efficiently managed and delivered using issue vouchers (SNDs) to site managers.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to ensure timely purchasing and availability of products related to power generators and electrical systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels, reducing stock discrepancies, optimizing storage capacity, and ensuring cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies in all warehouse and distribution activities.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring continuous improvement in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics , Business Administration , or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations, preferably in the power generation or electrical infrastructure sector.
  • Expertise in Oracle ERP for inventory and logistics management is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Experience in materials distribution, procurement coordination, and logistics planning for multi-site operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with procurement, site managers, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
