Job details

Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience. Project Duration: 1 year. Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Working Arrangement: Hybrid (will be based mostly remotely, and requires travelling to the client's side in Riyadh upon demand). We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with over a decade of expertise in management consulting to lead and coordinate the delivery of a high-profile project. The focus is on the development of a Comprehensive Regulatory Reference Guide for Industrial Activities and Their Locations , aligning global best practices with local regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver a project that meets client expectations and drives transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership:
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver the project's four phases, including analysis, benchmarking, guide development, and operational model design.
    • Define and maintain project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to the project scope and client requirements.
  2. Strategic Insight:
    • Conduct in-depth gap analysis and benchmarking studies to identify best practices in industrial classifications and regulatory frameworks.
    • Develop innovative and practical recommendations for aligning industrial classifications with geographic and strategic objectives.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee the development of a comprehensive regulatory guide and operational models for classification and site allocation.
    • Establish governance frameworks for guide maintenance, stakeholder interactions, and issue resolution post-implementation.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.
    • Manage stakeholder feedback and integrate it into project deliverables to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
    • Conduct regular reviews to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on regulatory frameworks, or industrial strategies.
  2. Proven track record of leading complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Expertise in gap analysis and benchmarking.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
  5. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
