  1. Good knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  2. Develop and manage departmental reporting frameworks.
  3. Provide insightful analysis of operational and financial data to support decision-making at all levels.
  4. Prepare, format, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project status, asset performance, and key milestones.
  5. Create Target Operating Model based on organizational requirements in conjunction with all the relevant stakeholders.
  6. Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps and recommend improvements to the operating model.
  7. Drive the implementation of process improvements identified through TOM and reporting analysis.
  8. Work on the resourcing strategy in line with the developed target operating model.
  9. Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with reporting standards.
  10. Support data collection, analysis, and visualization for decision-making purposes.
  11. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
  12. Develop and manage databases, dashboards, and report templates for efficient project tracking.
  13. Coordinate with multiple teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes.
Role Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in reporting, administration, or document control within infrastructure, aviation, or asset management projects.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  4. Experience in preparing structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
