Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
  • Continuously seek to improve project management processes and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
