Job details
Your missions:
- Draft and review corporate governance code, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with CB regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with General Counsel and Board Secretary (GCBS) and senior management to establish corporate governance objectives and initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of corporate governance practices in the Bank and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to departments across the Bank on corporate governance matters.
