Chief Executive Officer– Luxury Jewelry We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the international expansion and innovation of a distinguished jewelry brand. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic and visionary executive who understands the intricacies of both manufactured and handcrafted jewelry , has a strong background in merchandising , and can lead with creativity, influence, and innovation . You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a brand with a rich heritage , working closely with top-tier design, production, and commercial teams to ensure its continued success. Key Responsibilities:

Global Brand Expansion – Develop and execute international growth strategies, ensuring a strong market presence across key global luxury markets
Product Innovation & Merchandising – Lead new product development and design, leveraging market insights to create collections that resonate with consumers
Pre- & Post-Production Oversight – Manage end-to-end processes, from concept and design to final production and market launch
Strategic Leadership & Team Empowerment – Foster a high-performance culture by empowering and inspiring teams to drive creativity, autonomy, and excellence
Industry & Market Expertise – Stay ahead of global jewelry trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative in a dynamic luxury landscape

What We’re Looking For:

Luxury Jewelry Industry Expertise – Strong understanding of fine jewelry, craftsmanship, and premium brand positioning
International Market Expansion Experience – Demonstrated success in launching and scaling brands across multiple international markets
Strong Leadership & Influence – A visionary leader who can empower teams, build strategic partnerships, and drive organizational success
Merchandising & Design Acumen – A deep understanding of consumer behavior, design trends, and product development within the luxury space
Operational & Commercial Acumen – Ability to balance creativity with business strategy , ensuring both artistic excellence and commercial viability
