A Snapshot of Your Day You will support the team in organizing workshops, managing the calendar of the management, planning trips and supporting travel expenses, placing purchase orders, and supporting other activities related to Strategy work. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Organize meetings and manage calendar.
- Handle clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing expense reports, and maintaining databases.
- Organize events and speaking engagements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Draft and manage documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Successfully completed professional, commercial training.
- Years of relevant professional experience in the field of secretariat/team assistance at management level and in coordination with other secretariats.
- Confident handling and experience with management at all hierarchical levels.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team with a high sense of responsibility.
- Results-oriented and responsible working methods and exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English for secure communication with our national and international interfaces.
- Flexibility, commitment, comprehension, and intercultural experience desirable.
- Working with a global team and have opportunities to work on and lead a variety of innovative projects.
