Job Description
This is a remote position. Your Role: We are seeking an Associate Director passionate about finance, technology, and the global startup ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with startup founders, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking or venture capital and a proven track record of analytical excellence. Main Responsibilities:- Analyze businesses to assess funding requirements and overall financial health to support investment decisions and advise on growth strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and assess potential investment risks in the fintech and startup sectors.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of pitch presentations, client materials, and strategic correspondence to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to clients to ensure satisfaction, foster strong partnerships, and support clients' financial growth.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and seamless deal execution, fostering clear communication and coordination.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations within the fintech and startup sectors, proactively recommending strategies based on industry insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field or relevant certifications (such as CFA or FRM) is highly preferred.
- 4-8 years of Investment Banking Industry experience required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for startups, technology, and fundraising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
