Relationship Officer Emiratized Role

To manage the relationship and increase the Staff portfolio performance with high level service standards. Create awareness on benefits of Banking Products available for FAB staff and treat FAB Staff as customers. Core Responsibilities

1. Manage the Staff relationship and guide the staff on requests and services end to end.
2. Accountable to manage and grow the portfolio of Staff Banking by the desired percentage.
3. Organize Helpdesk / Induction activities at different FAB premises/departments to generate business revenues by extending Retail asset products and services.
4. Lead generation and management through FAB CRM systems.
5. Acquire a minimum number of activities in a calendar month as per management directives.
6. Act as the focal point for staff inquiries and address the queries within the agreed timeframe.
7. Maintain excellent NPS scores with a high level of service standards.
8. Comply with the bank's regulatory requirements while ensuring business achievements are met.
9. Introduce and drive bundled solutions that deepen relationships and address staff needs by improving levels of capability, productivity, and process efficiency.
10. Manage the budget target ensuring it is met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.
11. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct of the bank.
12. Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned department to foster a value-driven culture within the bank.
13. Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet FAB requirements, policies, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
• 3 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions.
