Food Beverage Intern

Providing excellent wait service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction. Learn to take customer orders and deliver food and beverages. Learn to use the POS system diligently, entering orders and making corrections if necessary. Learn food and beverage content to make menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons. Carry out set standards and procedures to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests alike to secure a smooth and accurate transition of information. Carry out all roles and functions of the F&B department. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an MBO hotel/tourism or F&B education. Known as an enthusiastic, hospitable team builder who is stress-resistant and representative. Passionate about the hospitality industry. Not required to be a specialist already, but eager to learn. Speak Spanish and English; French is a plus. Available for at least 6 months, 5 days per week, 40 hours of practice per week.
