Waiter Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a great dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently .
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions about food and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
• Process bills and payments using POS systems.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in restocking and organizing restaurant supplies .
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or café (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders .
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays .
