Job Summary Administration of a document control system in support of programwide administrative and operational activities. Job Duties
- Maintaining all technical documents such as specifications, drawings, vendor drawings, calculation sheets, field revision instructions, engineering revisions instructions, and shop maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
- Preparing the monthly document control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical / Non-Critical Documents, GFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, RFINCR, CAR (Corrective Action Request), etc. for the submission of the monthly progress report to the client.
- Keeping all periodical records/registers as required under the provisions of various laws. Registration/Renewal of various licenses.
- Issuing documents as per their status and requirement through the Engineering Transmittals generated to the Client, Consultant, Project Departments, and Company Head Office.
- Keeping track with Head Office and Vendors for the latest documents and drawings & issuing the latest revisions of those.
- Handling and maintaining all types of incoming & outgoing correspondences & transmittals.
- Complying and presenting as-built documents as per the approved final document procedure.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for maintaining a regular record of site development.
- Maintaining Master Document Register generated by the Database and making it ready for the Monthly Progress Report & to submit for Milestone Payment.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably working within a construction or design consulting environment.
