You don’t just recruit; you own the mandate. Have experience hiring mid-to-senior roles across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Technical? Perfect. You love networking, thrive under pressure, and have a thick skin (because let’s be honest, this industry tests you!). Work across cultures, time zones, and shifting goalposts without breaking a sweat. If job boards are your safety net, this ain’t the job for you.You need:
- 5+ years of hardcore recruitment experience (battle scars welcome).
- A sharp mind, consultative approach, and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Energy, resilience, and a wicked sense of humor (a must).
- Market knowledge of MEA.
Role 2: Recruitment Research Intern (aka The Talent Detective)
If research, data, and talent mapping excite you, we’ve got a wild learning experience waiting. Get hands-on exposure to business intelligence, industry deep dives, and understanding what makes top talent tick. Perfect for undergraduates eager to gain experience in talent acquisition across 32+ markets.You need:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (spreadsheets should not scare you).
