Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support
    1. Manage the CEO's calendar appointments and meetings.
    2. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa requirements.
    3. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  2. Communication Management
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    3. Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for meetings.
  3. Project Coordination
    1. Assist in coordinating projects and tracking progress against deadlines.
    2. Liaise with other departments to ensure timely execution of key tasks.
    3. Maintain organized records of project files, contracts, and other documentation.
  4. Operational Efficiency
    1. Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity.
    2. Maintain a systematic filing and documentation system.
    3. Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO's daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  2. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Skills
    1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    4. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Personal Attributes
    1. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    2. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
    3. Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities.
