As a Bellman at Delano Dubai you will be an essential part of creating a memorable guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve assisting guests with their luggage, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel.
• Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage, providing a seamless and efficient service while maintaining discretion and attention to detail.
• Guest Orientation: Provide guests with essential information about the hotel's facilities and services, as well as local attractions, making their stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
• Transportation Coordination: Assist with arranging transportation for guests, including taxis, private cars, and shuttle services, ensuring that all travel arrangements are executed smoothly.
• Valet Service: Support valet parking operations, helping guests with vehicle arrangements and ensuring a seamless process.
• Room Delivery: Ensure that luggage and special requests are delivered to rooms promptly and with care.
• Safety & Security: Monitor the entrance and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications: International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
