Job details
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance of the division and Audit team with the respective global documentation and local procedures in accordance with Accreditation Body requirements while conducting audits and trainings.
- Technical management of QHSE standards including backoffice activities and Audit pack reviews. Training of team based on Standards and SGS global procedure requirements.
- Plan and conduct professional management system audits and training in accordance with SGS procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.
- Liaise with the Global Technical Team for all matters related to technical management of QHSE.
- Review and approval of Technical Area Qualification form and Audit Packs submitted by Auditors.
- Timely reporting the severity of nonconformity in the system and making necessary recommendations to help the system operate in compliance with required ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Preparation of Local quality plans in line with SGS Global Procedures.
- Assist in training and qualification of auditors/lead auditors for QHSE standards.
- Review and respond to mandatory improvement requirements.
- Handle accreditation audits.
- Monitoring through CertIQ reports and follow up with affiliates.
- To ensure the certification process is completed as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Lead auditor.
- Experience working with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified companies.
- Competent working knowledge of recognized QHSE management systems and SGS procedures.
