Their cutting-edge technology combines document processing, multimodal LLMs, and intelligent automation to solve complex industry challenges. What You Will Do
- Drive the development and deployment of state-of-the-art AI models for document understanding and process automation
- Scale and optimize machine learning infrastructure to handle rapidly growing training and inference demands
- Build end-to-end AI applications that directly impact business operations and customer success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges
- Work on cutting-edge projects including multimodal LLM fine-tuning, continuous batching optimization, and AI agent development
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production code
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Background in practical AI application development and implementation
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment
- Background in multimodal AI systems
- Startup experience, particularly in AI/ML focused companies
- Experience with ML infrastructure and scalability challenges
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $200,000
